How do I reset my password?

Inside online banking, click "forgot password" to receive an email that will allow you to reset it. Alternatively, you can call our customer service department and we can reset the password for you.

Monday – Friday: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Saturday: 8:00 am to 12:00 pm

How do I start using my app?

Once you’ve downloaded the app, just follow these simple steps:

  1. Touch the app icon on your home screen.
  2. Enter your online bank account information to log in.
  3. For additional security, you will also be asked to create a four-digit passcode. The passcode will be required each time you launch the app.

Are there any requirements to use the app?

In order to use the County National Bank app:

  • You must be enrolled in online banking at County National Bank.
  • You must have: Apple iPhone® with iOS 9.0 or above or Android™ 4.1 or above
