County National Bank Temporarily Converts Branches to Drive-Thru Only

As we continue to monitor the impact of COVID-19 (Coronavirus), please rest assured that County National Bank (CNB) will continue to serve our communities and access to banking service will be maintained.  Our top priority is the health and safety of our staff members and customers.  We are reducing our in-person visits as much as possible by promoting the use of email, telephone and video conference as the main forms of communication.  We assure you that all our branch locations are receiving enhanced cleaning with sanitization of high-touch areas.  We are taking every precaution to make sure our staff and customers remain healthy.

As of March 18, 2020, we will temporarily close our lobbies to the general public and our branches will provide drive-thru service only.  Meetings that are necessary may be accepted by appointment only, so please contact your local branch to schedule.

We encourage you to consider using the following convenient ways to conduct your day-to-day financial transactions:

  • Online Banking – Eliminate checks and stamps with bill pay, view balances and account activity in real time, view documents, add stop payments, receive custom alerts, and more. 
  • Mobile Banking – View balances and account activity in real time, reduce potential fraud, schedule one-time payments, make deposits and transfers, and more. Download the “County National Bank Mobile” app from your app store.
  • Online Mortgage Applications – Applying online is easy and can take as little as 20 minutes. 
  • ATM – Our machines allow you to withdraw cash, make deposits, transfer funds, and check balances 24 hours a day.  Please Note:  Some of our off-site ATM’s are limited to cash withdrawals only.
  • Telephone Banking – Check balances, account history and transfer funds between CNB accounts - available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Simply call (517) 439-0470 or toll-free (888) 598-0470.
  • Night Depository – Drop your deposits and loan payments for processing at any of our branch locations.
