CNB Announces Promotion and Welcomes New Team Members
Joseph R. Williams, President and CEO of County National Bank (“CNB”), is pleased to announce the recent promotion of Delesha Padula to VP – Chief Banking Officer and the additions of Robin Dick as VP – Chief Risk Officer and Shaunna Padgett as VP – Chief Innovation Officer.
Delesha Padula joined CNB in 2017 as a Branch Manager and has advanced within the organization, first being promoted to Consumer Loan Officer and later to AVP – Retail Lending Officer. Delesha has 26 years of banking experience with expertise in leadership, lending, operations, and process and change management. “I am excited for Delesha and CNB as she starts this new role. Her focus on products, service, and client experience will be instrumental as CNB looks to the future,” stated Williams. Delesha is actively involved in local organizations, including the Hillsdale Elks Lodge.
Robin Dick joins CNB with 39 years of experience in the financial services industry. Robin holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from Eastern Michigan University and is an honors graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado. Her areas of expertise include risk management, compliance, BSA/AML, fraud prevention, audit, and quality assurance, and she holds the CAMS certification. “Robin’s expertise in risk management and her forward-thinking approach will be instrumental in strengthening our resilience and supporting sustainable growth. We are confident that her leadership will enhance our ability to navigate challenges and seize opportunities in a rapidly changing environment," said Williams. Robin is active in her community and is a member of several professional organizations, including the Michigan Mortgage Lenders Association, the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists, and the ACAMS Michigan Chapter.
Shaunna Padgett joins CNB with 23 years of experience in the banking industry. Shaunna holds a bachelor’s degree in arts in public history from Western Michigan University and is a graduate of the Perry School of Banking. Her areas of expertise include operational efficiency, process improvement, technology adoption, software implementation, and strategic planning. "Shaunna’s leadership and innovative mindset will be instrumental in shaping the future of CNB. We are certain she will help us continue to grow while staying true to our community-focused values," Williams said. Shaunna is actively involved in her community, serving as a member of the Community Banking Initiative Group and as a board member of the Kalamazoo Symphony Orchestra.
