CNB Announces Recent Promotions

Joseph R. Williams, President and CEO of County National Bank (“CNB”), is pleased to announce the recent promotions of several County National Bank team members.

Ida Barnett has been promoted to Assistant Vice President – Electronic Banking Officer. Ida joined CNB in 1998 and has 35 years of experience in financial services. She is an Accredited ACH Professional (“AAP”), and her current focus is on electronic banking-related project management. Ida’s skillset includes electronic banking, data processing, customer service, ACH origination, and receipt and wire processing.

Jake Johnson has been promoted to Assistant Vice President – Private Banking Officer. Jake joined CNB in 2022 and is a graduate of Baker College and Spring Arbor University. He has 11 years of experience in the financial services industry, focusing on relationship banking and advising clients on complex financial matters.

Jacob Parker has been promoted to Assistant Vice President – Credit Officer. Jacob joined CNB in 2019 and has five years of experience in banking. He is a graduate of Trine University and the MBA Commercial Lending School. Jacob’s area of expertise is credit analysis and he is an integral support for the Commercial Lending team in all markets served by CNB.

Joyce Repasy has been promoted to Vice President – Loan Administration Officer. Joyce has been with CNB for over 22 years, has 30 years of experie­nce in the banking industry. She has a degree in Business Management and is a graduate of the Robert Perry School of Lending.

Stephanie Thomas has been promoted to Vice President – Loan Operations Officer. Stephanie joined CNB in 2000 and has 25 years of experience in the banking industry. She has a degree in Business Management and is a graduate of the Michigan Bankers Association’s (“MBA”) Perry Schools of Banking and the American Bankers Association’s National Compliance Lending School.
