CNB Welcomes New Team Member and Announces Promotion

Joseph R. Williams, President and CEO of County National Bank (“CNB”), is pleased to announce the addition of Brandi Deroo as the Spring Arbor Village Crossing Branch Manager and the promotion of Brandy Whisman to Litchfield Branch Manager.

Brandi Deroo joins CNB with 10 years of banking experience and 18 years of management experience. Her background includes leading teams, improving operational performance, and fostering meaningful client relationships. Brandi holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Phoenix and is a certified financial coach. “We are pleased to welcome Brandi to CNB. Her extensive experience in banking and management, along with her passion for client relationships, makes her a valuable addition to our team,” stated Rachel Emery, VP–Retail Administration Officer. Outside of work, Brandi enjoys golfing, traveling, camping, and cooking.

Brandy Whisman joined CNB in 2023. Brandy holds an associate’s degree in Criminal Justice and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Brandy is highly active in her community, serving as a CASA volunteer and a member of the Jonesville Lions Club. She regularly attends Jonesville Business Association meetings and volunteers with organizations including Junior Achievement, the Croswell Opera House, the Purple Rose Theatre, and the Tecumseh Center for the Arts. Outside of work, Brandy enjoys spending time with her four grandchildren—Ophelia, Samuel, Angelo, and Leonardo—and loves visiting the beach. “We are thrilled to promote Brandy to Branch Manager. Her professionalism, client focus, and dedication to the team make her the perfect fit for this role,” said Emery.
