County National Bank Announces the Promotion of Neil Wagler and Welcomes Doug Kiessling

Joseph R. Williams, President and CEO of County National Bank (“CNB”), is pleased to announce the recent promotion of Neil Wagler to Regional VP – Lansing Market Executive and the addition of Douglas Kiessling as Regional VP – Calhoun Market Executive.

Neil Wagler joined CNB in 2010. Neil holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in accounting from Central Michigan University and has 16 years of banking experience. His expertise includes real estate financing and business acquisitions, as well as credit enhancement programs through the Small Business Administration and the Michigan Economic Development Corporation. “Neil has been a valued member of the CNB team for many years, and this promotion reflects the experience, leadership, and commitment he brings to our clients every day. We're excited to see him continue to grow in this new role," stated Chris Clarke, Executive VP, Chief Lending Officer, Lenawee Market Executive.

Douglas Kiessling joins CNB with 33 years of experience in the banking industry. Douglas holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Hillsdale College. His expertise includes commercial lending, with over 30 years of experience in agricultural lending. “We're excited to welcome Douglas to our commercial lending team and the Calhoun market. His extensive experience in commercial and agricultural lending, along with his commitment to building strong client relationships, makes him an excellent addition to CNB," said Clarke. Douglas is actively involved in his community, serving as a member of the Marshall Public Schools AFNR Advisory Committee, and is a lifetime supporter of the Marshall FFA and the Marshall FFA Alumni Council. Douglas also attends and serves at Family Bible Church and operates a small cash crop family farm.
